American Geotechnical is expanding to better serve our clients by incorporating carbon fiber products and services, and block and masonry services into our offerings. American Geotechnical has become well rounded as a soil improvement and sinkhole remediation contractor. By combining and tailoring our products and services to our client’s specifications, we offer our clients quality solutions to various stages of their projects. For example: regarding new construction, we can build the footer, install pre-foundation pilings, pour the slab and build the block walls. All four stages performed by one contractor, maintaining consistency in quality and service to our clients.
Another example is the remediation of an older brick structure with settlement issues. We can lift the structure using pre-engineered Chance helical piers and also strengthen the walls by adhering clear sheets of HJ3 to the face of the wall. This not only provides superior wall strength, but it does not detract from the beauty of the brick structure. In most cases clear HJ3 enhances the look.
