American Geotechnical has become well rounded as a ground Improvement and foundation contractor specializing in foundation and wall stabilization, sinkhole remediation and ground improvement. American Geotechnical is constantly developing new methodologies in an effort to provide stronger solutions for our clients.
One example is the remediation of an older brick structure with settlement issues. We can lift the structure using pre-engineered Chance helical piers and also strengthen the walls by adhering clear sheets of HJ3 to the face of the wall. This not only provides superior wall strength, but it does not detract from the beauty of the brick structure. In most cases clear HJ3 enhances the look.
